Key Responsibilities

Conduct consumer calls to understand product usage, complaints, repeat purchase behaviour and improvement areas. Research new launches, competitors, pricing, claims, packaging, ingredients and product communication. Maintain Excel/Google Sheets trackers for campaigns. Visit stores to introduce Beco products and drive placements.

Requirements- Good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets. Comfortable with field visits across Mumbai. Good communication skills in English and Hindi. Confident speaking to store owners and consumers. Interest in marketing, consumer brands and retail. Company Website
