1. Possess required certification
2. Coaching experience preferred
3. Demonstrate knowledge of sport
4. Experience in playing sport desirable SALARY: $3,493.11 - $8,360.70 Stipend as Per HEA Agreement

• Coaches Salary Guide *Hillside Education Association members who hold a teaching certificate have first priority for appointment as athletic coaches. In the event that there is no qualified and certified applicant from within the teachers' bargaining unit, the Board may appoint the holder of a county substitute credential with the county superintendent's approval. ** All application must be submitted on Applitrack for consideration.
