Corporate Marketing Specialist Department: Corporate Marketing Office Location: Reynolds Farm Equipment Atlanta Headquarters (1451 E. 276th St., Atlanta, IN 46031) Work Arrangement: This position is based exclusively at the Atlanta Headquarters and requires in-person attendance each scheduled workday. Remote work, hybrid work, and placement at another Reynolds Farm Equipment location are not available for this position.
This role will have to travel at times between all five Reynolds Indiana locations for meetings, events, etc. Reports To: CEO Employment Status: Full-Time; Exempt (Salary) POSITION SUMMARY The Reynolds Farm Equipment Marketing Specialist is a creative and detail-oriented professional who will assist the Marketing Department in planning, executing, and managing marketing campaigns.
This role requires a strong background in content creation, digital marketing, and event coordination, with a passion for visual storytelling.
Responsibilities include
capturing high-quality photos and videos, developing compelling visual narratives, managing social media accounts, supporting email marketing campaigns, organizing events, and maintaining the dealership’s website. The Marketing Specialist will collaborate closely with others in the Marketing Department and Leadership to support marketing efforts across the business and various departments.
This role also requires maintaining confidentiality, fostering a positive attitude, and improving teamwork among dealership personnel. Above all, the Marketing Specialist must perform all duties with honesty, integrity, and adherence to Corporate Values.
Responsibilities
Assist marketing department in the planning, execution, and management of marketing campaigns Create and edit content for social media, website, email newsletters, and print materials within dealership’s brand guidelines for marketing campaigns and efforts. Capture high-quality photos and videos for dealership events, product showcases, and marketing campaigns Develop compelling visual stories that effectively communicate the dealership's brand message and values Utilize storytelling techniques to create engaging content that resonates with the target audience Manage the dealership’s social media accounts, including scheduling posts and engaging with followers Assist with email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis Assist in organizing dealership events, promotions, and sponsorships Support in coordinating logistics, materials, and communications for events Support post-event analysis and reporting Coordinate with external vendors, partners, and freelancers for marketing materials and services Assist in managing multiple marketing projects simultaneously Protect company information and marketing accounts by following cybersecurity policies, using approved tools and secure access practices, and promptly reporting suspicious activity, phishing attempts, or potential security incidents Ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to deadlines Provide administrative support to the marketing director as needed for projects and deliverables Assist in maintaining website such as updating and removing content, updating pricing and inventory status, adding new products and services, building landing pages, and improving SEO Assist in quarterly review of website with internal stakeholders to ensure updated content and engagement trends Create blogs on the website from existing content or original content to drive traffic to the website.
Develop materials to assist in expanding sub-brands such as Z-Glide and Rivera products Other duties may be added based on demand Promote safety requirements and procedures in alignment with company’s policies Promote and maintain positive attitude by positively affecting customers and employees; be a positive and problem-solving ambassador for Reynolds Handle day-to-day operations and specific tasks in a fast-paced environment and other duties assigned in the marketing aspect Experience, Education, Skills, and Knowledge Preferences: Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly In.
Design, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro Proven experience in content creation for digital and print platforms’ Working knowledge of artificial intelligence (AI) tools and the ability to use them professionally to support content creation, marketing research, and productivity while reviewing outputs for accuracy, maintaining brand standards, and protecting confidential company information Strong writing and editing skills for creating engaging content Strong background in marketing principles and advertising strategies Ability to use a (CRM) Customer Relationship Management application such as Hubspot & Microsoft Dynamics Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns Awareness of cybersecurity risks associated with social media, websites, email marketing, and third-party platforms, with the ability to recognize potential threats and follow company security requirements Experience with social media management and content scheduling tools Familiarity with equipment and machinery for agriculture, commercial contractors, and homeowners, specifically John Deere products Basic knowledge of web development and design principles is a plus Experience using analytics tools (e.
g., Google Analytics) to track and report on campaign effectiveness, preferred but not required Experience in coordinating with various departments and teams to align marketing efforts Proven ability to communicate effectively one-on-one and within a group Proven ability to be creative and innovative Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Ability to give full attention to what other people are saying and to actively look for ways to help others Requires attention to detail and being careful along with being thorough in completing tasks Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent resolutions skills Ability to manage one's own time Reliable transportation Requires being reliable, responsible, accountable, and dependable in fulfilling obligations Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in agricultural communications, business, or marketing or equivalent experience preferred This position reports to the CEO WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS This is a fully on-site position and is not a remote or hybrid role.
Work is performed at the Reynolds Farm Equipment Atlanta Headquarters, 1451 E. 276th St., Atlanta, IN 46031. The regular schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The employee must be able to report to the Atlanta Headquarters for each scheduled workday and be comfortable with the daily commute. The employee will have an assigned personal workspace within an office shared with other employees and must be comfortable working in close proximity to coworkers while maintaining confidentiality and professional focus.
Work is performed in a professional office environment with regular use of a computer, keyboard, telephone, copier, scanner, and other standard office equipment. The employee is regularly required to sit/stand depending on desk configuration need, communicate, and use hands for data entry and document handling; occasional standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting of files or office materials up to 25 pounds may be required.
The position requires sustained attention to detailed information and the ability to work at a computer for extended periods. Occasional travel between Reynolds locations, schedule adjustments, or additional hours may be required to support deadlines, meetings, events, or other business needs.
