Lead Data Analyst, Audience & Subscriber Insights

We are seeking a Lead Data Analyst to help us better understand, engage and grow The Inquirer’s digital audience and subscriber base. This role will use behavioral, engagement, and subscription data to uncover what drives conversion, retention, and long-term audience value; develop actionable audience segments for personalization and targeting; and translate complex analysis into clear recommendations for Product, Marketing, Newsroom, and Advertising teams.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and statistical skills with curiosity about customer behavior and the ability to turn data into business action.
