Assistant Manager, Admissions

The Office of Admissions is looking for an Assistant Manager to join the Local Admissions team. The Assistant Manager supports admissions operations in a high-volume environment, covering full-time and part-time undergraduate programmes applications. The role combines operational oversight, stakeholder management, data analysis and hands-on administration to ensure accurate, timely and service-oriented delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the processing of full-time and part-time undergraduate programmes applications, ensuring compliance with admissions policies, criteria and timelines. Serve as the principal liaison between the Office of Admissions and Colleges/Schools for the assigned portfolios and provide advice on admissions processes and decisions.

Review exceptional cases, apply sound judgement and recommend solutions to the Assistant Director where approval is required. Prepare admissions data, insights and reports, to support planning and management decision-making. Plan and participate in admissions-related engagement and recruitment events.

Requirements

Degree from recognised university in any discipline, entry-level candidates are welcome to apply. Experience in admissions or student recruitment would be advantageous. Good communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills. Proficiency in MS Office and admissions-related systems; familiarity with data analytics and visual presentation tools is advantageous.
