• Previous luxury hotel or boutique hospitality management experience
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent guest relations and service delivery standards
• Sound operational and administrative experience
• Financial and reporting knowledge advantageous
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Professional communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment Local candidates from Franschhoek and the surrounding areas are preferred.
