Business Manager

We are a Belgian industrial group specialising in the design, delivery and maintenance of complex technical installations. We support leading organisations across the pharmaceutical, energy, chemical, data centre and nuclear sectors. As our Business Unit Industry continues to expand, we are looking for a Business Manager to accelerate growth with a strategic pharmaceutical client.

Requirements

• Grow and strengthen relationships across departments, projects and key decision-makers.
• Identify emerging needs, future investments and new commercial opportunities.
• Partner with technical and operations teams to develop compelling, tailored proposals.
• Lead commercial and contractual negotiations from opportunity through award.
• Protect profitability through disciplined pricing, margin management and delivery alignment.
• Manage revenue, forecasts, KPIs and a structured, reliable sales pipeline.
• Build lasting client trust through regular on-site engagement and proactive account planning. WHAT YOU BRING
• Proven experience in business development, account management, key account management or a comparable B2B commercial role.
• Exposure to pharmaceuticals, industrial services, engineering, maintenance or technical environments is a strong advantage.
• Ability to grow strategic accounts, engage multiple stakeholders and understand operational and technical requirements.
• Confidence in shaping proposals, negotiating contracts and managing revenue, margins and profitability.
• A proactive, resilient and entrepreneurial approach, with autonomy, commercial curiosity and a genuine passion for being close to the client.
