Senior Manager, Building Services

Reporting to the Vice President, Facilities & Asset Management, the Senior Manager, Building Services provides leadership for building services across the organizations Retirement and Long-Term Care Divisions in the assigned province(s). This role focuses on people leadership, provincial oversight, standardization, performance management, escalation support, and coordination of enterprise-wide building programs and initiatives. Working closely with Operations, Procurement, and other partners, the Senior Manager, Building Services supports safe, secure, compliant, efficient, and comfortable environments for residents and team members.
