Facilities Maintenance Laborer (Alaska Railroad)

PURPOSE OF POSITION:   To perform general labor for Facilities Department for the summer throughout the rail belt.

Duties and Responsibilities

Performs painting. power washing, landscaping, and general cleaning of section houses and other railroad buildings throughout the rail belt. Sweeps parking lots and sidewalks.     Performs operational functions and maintains equipment and work area in accordance with practices and procedures prescribed in ARRC Manual of Safety Rules and Regulations for General Guidance and Protection of Railroad Personnel.
