Safety & Compliance Administrator

Join Our Team! Crete Solutions, LLC is a growing ready-mixed concrete company serving communities throughout North Carolina and South Carolina. We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Safety & Compliance Administrator to join our Wilmington, NC team! This position plays an important role in supporting fleet safety, DOT compliance, incident reporting, and employee safety programs.

The ideal candidate enjoys working with data, managing multiple priorities, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring important tasks don't fall through the cracks.

What You'll Do

Monitor driver safety events through Samsara and track coaching and follow-up activities. Maintain DOT driver qualification files and monitor CDL, medical certification, and compliance deadlines. Coordinate accident, incident, and employee injury documentation. Provide administrative support for workers' compensation and return-to-work tracking.

Compile monthly driver incentive data and prepare employee scorecards. Track safety training, required acknowledgments, and compliance records. Prepare reports, maintain spreadsheets, and follow up on outstanding action items. Collaborate with HR, Operations, and plant managers across multiple locations.

What We're Looking For

Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Excellent communication and follow-through. Ability to independently manage deadlines and multiple priorities. Professionalism when handling confidential information. Two or more years of administrative, transportation, logistics, safety, or compliance-related experience preferred.

Bonus Points For: Knowledge of DOT/FMCSA requirements. Experience with Samsara or fleet management systems. Background in commercial transportation, construction, or industrial operations.
