Building Maintenance Tech

Location: Facilities Management Department: RE

• Facilities Management Shift: First Shift (United States of America) Standard Weekly Hours: 40 Summary: Maintain a wide variety of buildings and building systems at designated CCHCS locations. Provide preventive and predictive maintenance, unscheduled maintenance, repairs and special projects assigned by manager, all to a good and workmanlike standard. Must work well with customers, contractors and team members and deliver highest level of service. Schedule and oversee the work of contractors at assigned properties. Manage and account for time. Properly document work performed and communicated scheduling and progression of work to all stakeholders. Maintain professional appearance. Operate and maintain company vehicle in accordance with company policies.

Qualifications

High School Diploma. Five years of relevant property and building maintenance experience. Five years' experience with the tools of the trade. Computer literate in a windows environment. Operate and maintain company vehicle in accordance with company policies.
