Finance Manager, Segment Lead

Your Job Molex is seeking a highly motivated Segment Finance Manager to serve as a strategic partner to the leaders of our global I ndustrial Solutions (ISBU) business. You will shape decisions that influence growth, profitability, investment priorities, and long-term performance. The role combines P&L management, planning, and profitability analysis with hands-on involvement in customer opportunities, new product launches, and strategic initiatives.

With significant visibility to senior leadership, you will have the opportunity to challenge assumptions, turn complex data into clear choices, and help the business convert strategy into measurable results Our Team The Molex Industrial Solutions business is positioned to capture growth in markets including data center power, factory and warehouse automation, medical, transportation, and renewable energy .
