Access Control

This position requires a minimum of an active Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) Security Clearance. Shifts Full-Time Monday–Friday: 1500–2230 Sunday–Thursday: 2230/2300–0700 Part-Time Monday–Friday: 1500–2230 Sunday–Thursday: 2230/2300–0700 Responsibilities Report and/or correct unsafe conditions, procedures, or activities. Take all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of personnel.

Assist with processing individuals into secure facilities at various locations. Conduct random inspections to ensure prohibited items are not introduced into facilities. Secure designated areas in accordance with post orders and security regulations. Monitor closed-circuit television (CCTV), intrusion detection systems, fire alarms, and dispatch personnel as necessary.

Monitor access into and out of facilities by verifying personnel identification and recognizing various government-issued credentials and badges. Operate and maintain manual and computerized access control systems, databases, and other related equipment. Operate walk-through metal detectors, including fixed and portable units, X-ray equipment, and other screening equipment at pedestrian control points.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required. Must possess and maintain an active Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) Security Clearance. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
