Bilingual German/English Customer Service Specialist - Tourism Sector

• Tourism Sector in Athens, Greece! Join a dynamic team and deliver outstanding support to German-speaking travelers. You will be the friendly voice helping customers with their flight reservations, changes, and travel inquiries, mostly via inbound calls with some email support. This is a true customer service role in the tourism industry, where your language skills and positive attitude can really make a difference.

Responsibilities

Manage incoming phone calls and emails Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction Build relations of trust through open and interactive communication Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the methods/tools Keep records of customer interaction, process customer accounts and file documents Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies Requirements Fluency in German (C1
