ABA Paraprofessional / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Connecticut, United States
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 Hourly | Part-Time | 10–20 Hours/Week |

** - Southbury, CT - (Both Part-time and full-time positions) **
** -Harwinton, Connecticut - (2 part-time positions available) **

At Behavior Stars, we’re dedicated to helping children with autism and developmental needs build meaningful skills and thrive. We’re looking for a Spanish-speaking RBT who is reliable, compassionate, and ready to make a real difference.
** What You’ll Do: **
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or center-based settings
- Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
- Accurately collect and record session data (Rethink)
- Maintain consistency with Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Communicate progress with your BCBA and team
- Participate in onboarding and ongoing support check-ins
** Requirements: **
- Active RBT certification preferred not required
- RBT Training and certification paid for by us!
- Highschool diploma is a must
- Minimum 6 months experience working with children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with data collection and documentation
- Strong Data entry skills
