RN Float Pool - Full-Time | Nights

The Staff Pad has partnered with a respected healthcare organization in Russellville, AL to hire a dedicated and compassionate Float Pool Registered Nurse committed to delivering exceptional patient care and positive clinical outcomes. In this role, you will provide and coordinate high-quality patient care by assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team.

You will implement physician orders, deliver nursing interventions, advocate for patients, and evaluate care outcomes to ensure safe, effective, and compassionate treatment.
