Join us as we make the world better, one bite at a time! Position Description: As a Production Associate at Go. Macro, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality food products in a safe, efficient, and sanitary environment. This hands-on position is responsible for hand-transferring bars to the packaging line and performing quality assurance inspections, including checks for bar weight, texture, and visual imperfections, while maintaining strict adherence to food safety standards, GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), and Go.

Macro’s Food Safety Plan. You will work collaboratively with the production team to ensure a seamless flow of product and a clean, safe, allergen-conscious workspace. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where quality and safety are top priorities.

Primary Responsibilities Production: Collaborate with team members throughout the production process to create Macro. Bars Monitor the production line, transfer product to the packaging area, and accurately weigh finished bars Operate the packager, tray loader, box erector, and palletizer Safety: Consistently use personal protective equipment (PPE) to maintain a safe work environment Demonstrate a strong understanding of equipment operation and apply lockout/tagout procedures when necessary Quality: Work in coordination with the Quality Department to uphold Go.
