Internal Communications Advisor

Reporting to the Director of Communications, the Internal Communications Advisor plays a key role in helping employees understand and connect with the CLHA’s mandate, strategic priorities, and organizational culture through clear, engaging communications. Working closely with the CEO, Executive Leadership Team, directors, and subject-matter experts, you will develop and execute internal communication strategies, change management communications, and employee engagement initiatives that keep employees informed, connected, and aligned with organizational goals. As a trusted communications partner, you will provide strategic advice, develop communication plans, and deliver clear and effective communications that supports key business initiatives and organizational priorities.
