Senior Project Manager - Real Property (Term-Limited Employment)

The Senior Project Manager – Real Property role relies on creative problem solving, collaboration, and complex project management skills to direct, guide, and mentor staff and consultants in a variety of complex duties in assigned area of responsibility in support of Sound Transit’s (ST) real property program including property appraisal, acquisition, relocation, surplus property sales, and related activities and services; monitors the management of schedule, budget, and interface with project controls; monitors and supervises assigned consultants hired to carry out tasks and provide advanced technical support, analysis, and leadership to staff and consultants regarding real estate on various assigned projects.
