The Plans are currently undergoing a major transformation focused on evolving our operations toward a participant-inspired experience.

The Senior Contribution Specialist serves as a subject matter expert on complex employer contribution work requiring advanced investigation, reconciliation, interpretation and judgment. This role independently owns designated types of complex contribution work, resolves high risk discrepancies and complex aged cases and collaborates cross functionally to resolve contribution and reporting issues.
