Job Summary

Supports the successful execution of Solar and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects by ensuring the accurate receipt, storage, issuance, tracking, and accountability of project materials, equipment, tools, and inventory. Maintains material readiness and inventory visibility to support project schedules, minimize material-related disruptions, and ensure efficient project execution.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure Proper Receipt and Storage of Project Materials Receive, inspect, and verify project materials, equipment, tools, and supplies against approved delivery documents and purchase requirements. Ensure materials are properly labeled, organized, stored, and protected to maintain quality and usability. Report discrepancies, shortages, damages, and non-conforming items affecting project requirements.

Maintain orderly and secure warehouse facilities that support efficient inventory management. Support Project Material Issuance and Availability Prepare and issue materials according to approved project requirements and implementation schedules. Ensure timely availability of materials required for project mobilization and execution activities.

Monitor material movement and maintain complete issuance and receiving records. Coordinate with Material Planning and Project Teams to ensure project material requirements are supported. Maintain Inventory Accuracy and Accountability Ensure accurate and timely submission of market declarations, compliance reports, regulatory filings, and other required documentation.

Establish controls that support the reliability, completeness, and timeliness of regulatory submissions. Maintain oversight of regulatory schedules, compliance obligations, and submission requirements. Ensure appropriate documentation and records management practices are maintained to support compliance verification and audit requirements.

Support Warehouse Operations and Material Control Ensure proper handling, storage, preservation, and control of project materials and equipment. Maintain inventory documentation, transaction records, and warehouse logs. Monitor stock levels and communicate material shortages, excess inventory, and replenishment requirements.

Support continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen warehouse efficiency and inventory control. Ensure Compliance with Safety and Operational Standards Adhere to company safety policies, warehouse procedures, and inventory control practices. Maintain housekeeping standards within warehouse and storage areas. Ensure proper use of material handling equipment and safe storage practices.

Report safety concerns, incidents, and risks that may impact warehouse operations. Support Project Readiness and Execution Coordinate with Project Planning and Controls, Material Planning, Procurement, Engineering, and Operations teams regarding material requirements. Provide inventory status and availability updates supporting project planning and execution.
