Warranty Position

Description Job Description: Act as a key liaison between service technicians, service advisors, manufacturers. This position ensures that repair orders and warranty claims are accurately documented, promptly submitted, and reconciled against payments. Ensure all repair orders strictly comply with Honda policy and procedures to maximize financial reimbursement and keep the dealerships again receivables as low as possible.

Core Responsibilities: Claim processing: submit claims to the manufactures or distributors Auditing and verification: Inspect repair orders for accuracy and eligibility Reconciliation and Tracking: Monitor open claims and follow up on rejections Denial Management: Correct and resubmit denied or chargeback claims Reporting: Generate regular updates on aging schedule and financial recoveries Verify labor operation, failure codes, part numbers and warranty coverage Identify missing or incorrect information Monitor aging and follow up on claims that remain unpaid Process 3rd party warranty claims and ensure they are paid in a timely manner Rewards & Benefits: We are proud to offer a competitive benefits package, including: Medical, Dental, and Vision Plans Paid Holidays Start accruing Paid Time Off (PTO) from day 1!

2+ years in claims processing or dealership administration Technical skills: Proficiency in dealership software (CDK, Reynolds/Reynolds) Strong attention to detail and ability to identify documentation or coding discrepancies
