What you will do

Document physician documentation in EMR Medically assist the doctor through the patient examination Document any procedures that may be performed by the physician or ophthalmic medical personnel Transcribe the history, examination, impression, plan, results of tests, prescriptions, and orders E-prescribe medications in EMR Measure pupil size and reactivity Corneal topography Fundus Photos Retinal nerve fiber layer measurement Retinal thickness and topography Prepare for and assist with in-office procedures and triage phone calls Prepare examination rooms to provide all needed medications, forms, educational materials, etc.
