Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Director to join our Scottsdale headquarters in an in-person leadership role. This position requires strong clinical care experience and will oversee clinical operations, patient outcomes, and team support within our growing wellness organization. You will provide clinical guidance, resolve complex patient issues, ensure high standards of care, and collaborate with licensed providers to deliver personalized, results-driven treatment plans.

This role is ideal for a nurse, nurse practitioner, or naturopathic doctor who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about accessible, science-backed wellness.

Key Responsibilities

Provide clinical leadership and oversight for patient care processes, including escalations, care plan alignment, and outcome monitoring. Serve as a senior clinical resource for patient communications (portal, phone, and in-person as needed), addressing complex concerns with empathy and expertise. Monitor patient progress, support treatment adherence, and proactively identify barriers to care to improve retention and satisfaction.

Collaborate closely with licensed providers on virtual consultations, quarterly check-ins, and individualized care plans. Oversee clinical documentation, compliance with telehealth and healthcare regulations, and continuous improvement of clinical protocols. Support and mentor clinical team members while contributing to operational excellence in a dynamic office setting.

Champion patient experience initiatives that align with Vita Bella’s mission of affordable, accessible, science-backed care. Thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing shifting priorities, multiple projects, and high attention to detail.

Qualifications

Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Naturopathic Doctor (ND). Minimum of 3–5 years of clinical care experience, preferably in hormones/peptides, primary care, telehealth, ICU, ED/ER, or patient-centered settings. Strong confidence in triage and clinical escalations is highly valued. Demonstrated experience in clinical leadership, patient support, care coordination, or operational oversight.

Excellent communication, empathy, and customer-service skills with the ability to handle sensitive health discussions. Knowledge of healthcare regulations, HIPAA compliance, telehealth best practices, and clinical documentation standards. Passion for affordable, science-backed wellness solutions and a commitment to personalized patient care.

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, in-person office environment with strong multitasking and problem-solving skills. Location In-person role based at our headquarters in Scottsdale, Arizona. On-site presence is required.
