Job description
SUMMARY: Able to successfully perform at multiple culinary workstations and venues, ensuring the efficiency of the line and kitchen operation on a scheduled shift in accordance with specifications and standards. Will receive assignment directives from the Chef Tournant to report up though the Sous Chef and/or Restaurant Chef while performing assigned duties in a specified venue or kitchen.
