What You'll Do
Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems Troubleshoot gas furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and basic electrical systems Accurately diagnose equipment before recommending repairs or replacement Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections Explain repair options to homeowners in a professional, easy-to-understand manner Complete service documentation using Service.
Titan Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and work area Deliver exceptional customer service on every call Follow all company safety standards and industry best practices What We're Looking For Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC service experience Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Experience servicing gas furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps Comfortable using electrical meters, manometers, refrigerant gauges, and combustion analyzers Ability to diagnose systems before replacing parts EPA Universal Certification required Excellent communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work independently while representing the company professionally Preferred Qualifications NATE Certification Experience with inverter-driven HVAC systems Experience using Measure.
Quick or similar diagnostic software Service.
