What You'll Do

Perform deep cleaning of kitchen equipment and surfaces throughout the facility Clean walls, floors, ceilings, pots, pans, fryers, ovens, kettles, refrigerators, and ventilation hoods Operate cleaning equipment, including pressure washers and other specialized tools Safely handle and use cleaning chemicals according to established procedures Sweep, mop, scrub, and sanitize kitchen areas to maintain cleanliness standards Remove trash and recyclables from designated areas and transport them to disposal locations Help maintain a safe, sanitary, and organized work environment Support a culture of superior guest service through behind-the-scenes excellence Assist with other duties as assigned to support the operation What We're Looking For Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs Comfort working in a physically active role that includes standing, lifting, scrubbing, sweeping, and mopping Ability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays Previous cleaning, stewarding, warehouse, or food service experience is helpful, but not required Dependable team player with a positive attitude Why You'll Love Working Here We don't just offer a job—we offer a place to grow and build a future.
