Hotel General Manager

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotel General Manager located in Cambria, CA. The Hotel General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, handling budgeting and financial tasks, and overseeing all operations.

General Management and Business Management skills Experience in customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction Budgeting and financial management skills Excellent communication and leadership skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field

Pay: $70500 - $80000 per year
