• Oversee daily store operations

• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
• Manage office organization and supplies Customer Service Excellence
• Serve as primary point of contact for customers
• Handle escalated concerns professionally
• Review loan applications and vehicle evaluations
• Ensure accurate processing of payments and account updates Performance & Sales
• Drive store performance and achieve company goals
• Monitor metrics and implement improvement strategies

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous management or supervisory experience preferred, not required
• Customer service experience required
• Basic computer and data entry proficiency
