Graduate Engineer Program

We are looking for motivated young engineers to join our Graduate Engineer Program, designed to develop future specialist and leaders in our production operations in Veliko Tarnovo. Over a period of 2 years, participants will go through a structured rotation plan across all key departments of the plant – including raw material management, mechanical maintenance, electrical systems, production processes, laboratory tests and quality.
