Janitorial Services Technician

SRL Total Source LLC is seeking a dependable, hardworking, detail-oriented Janitorial Service Technician to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment at the Atlantic City Facility.

Location: Atlantic City, NJ

Job Type: Full-time and Part-Time positions

Schedule: Available to work 6 days a week - Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday - 8:30 am to 5:30 pm and Wednesday and Thursday 8:30 am to 8:30 pm

Salary: $18.00

Responsibilities: Included but not limited to

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors throughout the facility.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors.
• Empty trash and recycling containers and replace liners.
• Clean offices, meeting rooms, kitchens, computer labs, and public areas.
• Dust furniture, bookshelves, desks, windowsills, and other surfaces.
• Clean glass doors, windows, entrances, and frequently touched surfaces.
• Refill restroom supplies and regularly inspect public restrooms.
• Keep sidewalks, entrances, and outdoor areas free of trash and debris.
• Set up tables and chairs for meetings and events.
• Assist with deliveries, light maintenance, and other assigned cleaning duties.
• Perform scheduled deep cleaning, carpet spot-cleaning, and pressure washing as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Previous janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to read English and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to use cleaning products and equipment safely.
• Must follow workplace safety procedures.
• Comfortable working around staff and visitors.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical cleaning tasks throughout the shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Requirements and Experience:

• High School Diploma
• 1 year of Experience
• Ability to pass a background and drug test
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to bend, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks.
• Ability to push cleaning carts and operate vacuum cleaners and other equipment.
• Ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment within established safety limits.
