Description Alan Ritchey, Inc. is hiring Seasonal CDL-A Solo Drivers for dedicated routes based out of Hutchins, TX . This is a great opportunity for experienced drivers looking to earn competitive pay during a short-term seasonal assignment while being home daily. Pay: $0.90 CPM Position Details Pay: $0.90 CPM Bonus: $500 upon successful completion of the full season Estimated Season Dates: November 30 – December 19, 2026 Home Daily Weekly Mileage: Solo drivers average 1,900–2,300 miles per week Dispatch Times: Between 11:00 PM and 2:00 AM Routes: Dedicated solo routes Freight: Drop & Hook , No-touch Equipment 2024–2025 Freightliner Cascadia Equipped with state-of-the-art safety technologies Requirements Requirements Valid Class A CDL Must be at least 23 years old Minimum of 2 years of verifiable OTR driving experience No more than 2 driving violations in the last 3 years No DUI, DWI, or felony convictions in the last 7 years Must meet all applicable DOT qualifications Must be available for the full seasonal assignment
