Job description
The Operations Training Lead works under the direction of the Operations Coordinator II to provide both field training and classroom training for operations personnel. In this role, the Operations Training Lead will be responsible for spending a significant amount of their time on the floor observing and coaching employees in EHS policies and procedures.
This will include providing on-the-job training for new hires. The Lead will also direct classroom training in Spanish as required and provide support for training in English as necessary.
