Senior Paralegal

Are you an experienced legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing complex legal matters? American Commercial Barge Line (ACBL) is seeking a confident and assertive Senior Paralegal to join our Legal and Risk team. This role will serve as a key partner to internal business leaders and outside counsel, with a primary focus on litigation management, discovery coordination, investigations, legal holds, records collection, and claims support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable driving accountability across the organization to ensure legal deadlines, discovery obligations, and litigation requirements are met.
