• Responsible for customer data review and account opening.
• Verify documents submitted by client within specific regions.
• Handle customer requests and solve issue by email/ live chat.
• Collected and reported departmental data.
• Cooperate with various departments to communicate and deal with matters.
• Process withdrawal.
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks being assigned.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/ Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• 1 - 2 years experience in Operation or Customer Service is preferable
• Proficient in basic office skills such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Cheerful personality, good communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work on rotating shifts (Including weekends if required).
