The Position… The position is for a qualified & energetic Panel Beater to join the company on a full-time permanent basis, working regular hours between Monday and Friday. Some of the key position responsibilities include: Removing and replacing damaged panels Using machinery for mechanical, hydraulic, and metalworking purposes to replace or repair the damaged components Reassembling the repaired components using welding equipment Utilising plastic fillers and a file to repair dents; and Carry-out further exterior work as necessary to keep the vehicle looking like new The Ideal Candidate… The ideal candidate will have the following: Possess a trade qualification and prior panel beating experience Have expertise in smash work Be adaptable and ready to take on a variety of duties Maintain a solid work ethic Be able to manage your time well Have a motivated and enthusiastic attitude; and Have a current Australian driver’s licence The Benefits… The company will offer a permanent position to the right candidate, along with a negotiable pay rate based on experience.
