Women's Health - Registered Nurse - Prn

The Registered Nurse is a professional who cares for patients coming into our facility, including tasks like creating and maintaining accurate patient records, administering medication and monitoring for side effects, recording vital signs, and reporting symptoms and changes in patient conditions for all ages of patients from infancy to advanced age. This Associate will provide care that reflects an integration of knowledge, skills, and experience to meet the needs of patients and families. The RN is accountable for all care provided to assigned patients during the shift, including the care delegated to nursing assistants and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs).

They effectively use psychosocial and physical assessments in order to make decisions regarding the care required.
