Customer Service Officer

Job Roles & Responsibilities: Assist with walk-in customers on their enquiries. Register participants for programmes. Follow up calls with participants on the confirmed classes. Update all programme registrations to each module main file. Check for payment notification and update payment information for each programme.

Requirements

Minimum O’ level qualification with 4 passes including English Minimum 2 years working experience Needs to provide customer service assistance to Chinese speaking students,Chinese speaking is essential.
