Warehouse Associate Penn Veterinary Supply Join the Penn Veterinary Supply Team! Your responsibilities
Pick customer orders accurately using an RF scanner. Read and follow customer orders and shipping instructions. Verify products and quantities to help ensure order accuracy. Move products and materials safely throughout the warehouse. Weigh, count, label, and prepare products for distribution. Prepare packages and parcels for shipment.
Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse. Follow established safety procedures and safe work practices. Work collaboratively with other members of the warehouse team. Assist with other warehouse responsibilities as needed.
What We're Looking For
You don't need to be a warehouse expert on day one! We're looking for someone who is dependable, willing to learn, safety-conscious, and committed to doing quality work. To be successful in this role, you should: Be at least 18 years old. Have a high school diploma or GED. Be able to read and understand safety rules, customer orders, packing instructions, and shipping information.
Be comfortable with basic math, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Be able to stand and walk for extended periods during your shift. Be comfortable using an RF scanner and computer. Be able to work effectively as part of a team in an active warehouse environment.
