The Vice President, Corporate Controller is a senior finance executive responsible for the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of the company’s financial reporting and accounting operations. Reporting directly to the CFO, this leader oversees technical accounting, SEC reporting, internal controls, external audit, and compliance with U.

S. GAAP and SOX requirements.
