Enterprise Sales Director, S&D (Remote)

Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for a remote Sales Director to join our team. In this role, you’ll help enterprise sales & distribution organizations solve complex workforce challenges—staffing volatility, compliance, labor cost control, scheduling optimization, and frontline engagement—by connecting their business needs to Mosaic’s tailored HCM advisory and implementation services.

You’ll lead complex, multi-stakeholder pursuits and drive strategic relationships across large, distributed environments, partnering closely with UKG Sales teams and Mosaic’s internal experts to deliver scalable, end-to-end solutions as we broaden our offerings to meet more comprehensive business needs.
