HR Business Partner

Ovation Holdings is a growing industrial services platform that repairs, services and supplies valves, pumps and instrumentation for power, refining, chemical and industrial customers across the U.S. We're seeking an HR Business Partner to join our HR Shared Services team in Joliet, IL. You'll support about five Ovation companies, partnering with their general managers and site leaders on hiring, employee relations, onboarding, performance and compliance.

You'll also help build consistent, scalable HR processes across the platform. This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable on the shop floor and in the office. Some travel to supported locations is required.
