- BD16 £16.07 to £19.99 per hour. Shift pattern Tuesday - 15:00 - 19:00 | Wednesday 15:00 - 19:00 | Sunday 09:30 - 14:30 & 15:00 - 19:00
- Applicant's will need to be able to commit to working all shift times stated on this advert. Sunday shift - there will be a half an hour break.
About the role
You will be supporting a child in the community who has spastic cerebral palsy and significant neurological injuries, leading to epilepsy and global developmental delay. He thrives with a calm routine and requires: 1:1 support after school Support with daily physiotherapy and developmental activities Support with medication administration Gastrostomy feeds Personal care This is a long term, consistent placement supporting one client in their own home and within the community.
Your responsibilities
Provide personal care and daily living support Assist with daily physiotherapy and developmental activities Administration of medication 1:1 support after school Promote independence, dignity and choice at all times. What you need At least six months of paid UK care experience, or relevant personal care experience. Confidence supporting individuals with limited mobility.
