Knoxville Regional Employer Success Hub Director, College of Education

The Knoxville Regional Employer Success Hub Director leads employer engagement and partnership development across the Knoxville area to expand access to registered education apprenticeship and pre-apprenticeship pathways. Working as part of Lipscomb University’s TEACH apprenticeship intermediary, the Director connects education employers with established apprenticeship programs and regional workforce partners, supports employer participation, and strengthens the pipeline into education careers.

The position focuses on regional outreach, coordination, and growth rather than independently developing or registering apprenticeship programs.
