Quality Lab Technician

Do you have experience with Mechanical Inspection tools? (Micrometers/Calipers/Height Gauges) Ultra-met is looking for Quality Inspectors who have manufacturing tooling and inserts inspection experience! Experience with equipment such as a Keyence, CMM, Optical Comparator, or Stereo-Microscope is a plus. This is an exciting opportunity to be a key player on a growing team that is striving to provide high-quality products to our diverse customer base.

Your duties will include the following: Utilizing measurement tools to validate physical properties and confirm dimensional features are within tolerance. Using microscopes to visually inspect parts for defects. Identifying and quarantining parts for further evaluation. Receiving instruction on operating Optical Comparator/CMM/Keyence measuring devices.
