Senior Manager Analytics & Strategy

In this hybrid role based at our Chicago Headquarters, you will lead analytics and strategy for products such as credit card, HELOC, and Auto/RV lending by delivering rigorous analysis of market dynamics, business performance, member behavior, portfolio economics, growth opportunities, risk and return tradeoffs, and competitive positioning.

Translate complex business questions into actionable insights, targeting strategies, and recommendations that improve member value, strengthen product competitiveness, and support financial performance. Partner with business leaders such as finance, credit risk, marketing and operations to align customer targeting, approve or decline pricing, and portfolio management policies across products.
