Senior Manager Channel & Business Development (m/f/d)

Role Summary

The Senior Manager Channel & Business Development drives channel growth, customer development and strategic business initiatives across the Central Europe Region. The role is responsible for achieving sales and profitability targets, leading a team of Key Account Managers and Trainees, and ensuring strategic alignment across commercial functions.

Tasks / Responsibilities Deliver sales, volume and profitability targets for assigned key accounts. Develop and execute sales and go-to-market strategies. Build and strengthen strategic customer and partner relationships. Identify and develop new business opportunities. Lead network development and business growth initiatives.

Manage contract negotiations with key partners. Lead, coach and develop team members. Foster cross-functional collaboration and business alignment. Required Qualifications and Professional Experience Education, Master's Degree, Other Certifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.

Additional qualifications in Sales or Business Development are advantageous. Professional Experience 10+ years of experience in sales and key account management. Experience leading teams and managing complex international customers. Technical / Functional Skills Strong background in sales, business development and channel management.

Solid project management and negotiation skills. Strategic and analytical mindset. Language Skills Fluent German and English language skills. Additional European language skills are an advantage. Soft Skills / Behavioral Competencies Excellent communication and influencing skills. Strong customer and results orientation.
