Staff Psychotherapist

We’re looking for a thoughtful, flexible, and reflective therapist to join our Rye office at Greenberg Psychological Services. This hybrid role offers the chance to provide evidence-based therapy in a supportive, collaborative environment where you can grow as a clinician while doing excellent work.

Duties and Responsibilities

Provide individual, couples, and family therapy using evidence-based therapeutic approaches (ACT, CBT, DBT, ERP, etc.) Work closely with a team of clinicians who are serious about their work and kind to each other. Participate in individual clinical supervision (for pre-licensed clinicians) and ongoing professional development.

Keep documentation accurate and timely, in line with practice policies and insurance requirements. Collaborate with clients on treatment goals and track progress, making adjustments to the approach when needed. Contribute to a culture of inclusivity and collaboration.

Requirements

Pre-licensed or licensed clinician in NY (LCSW, LMSW, PhD/PsyD, MHC-LP, LMHC, etc.) A solid foundation in behavioral and evidence-based therapies such as ACT, CBT, DBT, ERP, or similar. Ability to work both in-person (in Rye) and remotely, with some evening or weekend hours preferred. Interest in supervision and clinical development.

An ethical, reflective approach to therapy and a commitment to growth. Desired Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to connect with clients from all walks of life. Flexibility and curiosity about new therapeutic approaches and working as part of a team. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
