About The Job

We're growing fast and expanding into the GCC/Middle East market, with an initial focus on construction and other field-operations-heavy industries (facilities, logistics, multi-site operators), sectors where Jibble's product is a strong fit. We're hiring a senior, full-cycle Account Executive to own this market: prospecting, outbound calling, in-person customer meetings, and closing.

What you will do

Identify and prospect new business across the GCC, with a primary focus on construction and adjacent field-operations industries Run outbound calling campaigns to connect directly with decision-makers. This is a hands-on-the-phone role, not lead handoff to someone else Travel regularly within the region to meet prospects and customers face-to-face Own the full sales cycle end-to-end: prospect, pitch, negotiate, close Represent Jibble at regional industry events Feed market intelligence back to the team as one of our first people on the ground in the region Who we are looking for: Native Arabic speaker, fluent in English Based in a GCC country (Dubai/UAE preferred) At least 5 years of B2B sales experience with a genuine outbound/hunting track record Extensive cold-calling experience; comfortable and effective on the phone Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas Self-driven, structured, comfortable building a territory from scratch Willing to travel regularly across the region
