Job Details: Level: Experienced, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $26.44 - $26.44Hourly, Job Category: Sales, Territory: Orlando and surrounding areas (Central Florida) About the Role We’re looking for a Retail Sales Specialist to support and grow our Collegiate & University (C&U) hospitality segment across a diverse and high‐energy territory.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast‐paced environments, loves emerging brands, and understands today’s evolving CPG landscape — especially within snacking, better‐for‐you products, and modern consumer behavior. What You’ll Do Build strong relationships with campus dining teams, operators, and retail managers Execute retail resets, merchandising standards, and new product introductions across multiple universities Support category growth with a focus on snacks, beverages, and emerging CPG brands Analyze movement, trends, and assortment needs unique to collegiate retail Serve as the on‐campus expert for product placement, brand storytelling, and consumer engagement Travel across the territory to support store visits, resets, trainings, and seasonal transitions Represent our company’s values through high‐touch service, operational excellence, and partnership building Who You Are Passionate about snacking, emerging brands, and the evolving CPG marketplace Energized by the collegiate environment and comfortable immersing yourself in campus culture A self‐starter who thrives independently and takes ownership of their territory Comfortable with travel, including some overnights, to support multiple campuses Organized, proactive, and able to manage a dynamic schedule across several states Strong communicator with the ability to influence, educate, and build trust with campus partners Territory Coverage: This role supports campuses in: Orlando and surrounding areas Salary: $55K plus Incentives, Specialty Spiffs Qualifications: Ideal Background: Experience in retail, CPG, foodservice, merchandising, or campus hospitality is preferred — but passion, drive, and curiosity about today’s consumer matter just as much.
